The move is designed to meet the skyrocketing demand for High-Voltage eVTOL power distribution harnesses and BVLOS-compliant signal cabling from North American and European aerospace OEMs.
With the 2026 shift toward larger, passenger-carrying autonomous aerial taxis, traditional drone wiring is being replaced by sophisticated aerospace-grade interconnects.
"We are tracking a significant increase in Google searches for '800V eVTOL power harness' and 'IPC-A-620 Class 3 UAV wiring,'" said SINNHONG’s Strategic Marketing Manager. "Our Vietnam facility is now optimized for these high-power density requirements. By using UL Listed Teflon and Silicone-insulated wiring, we ensure thermal stability for high-current ESC to motor links, even in the most demanding flight duty cycles."
The geopolitical landscape of 2026 has made "China Plus One" sourcing a necessity rather than an option. With Section 301 tariffs on Chinese electronics remaining a major cost driver, SINNHONG’s Vietnam-based production offers a critical tariff-exempt sourcing route.
