SINNHONG Expanding High-Voltage eVTOL Harness Production in Vietnam to Support 2026 Global UAM Infrastructure

As the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) sector enters its commercialization phase, SINNHONG, a premier IPC-A-620 certified partner for OEM Electronics Manufacturing, has announced a strategic capacity expansion at its Ho Chi Minh City facility. The move is designed to meet the skyrocketing demand for High-Voltage eVTOL power distribution harnesses and BVLOS-compliant signal cabling from North American and European aerospace OEMs.

Technical Breakthrough: Powering 800V eVTOL Architectures

With the 2026 shift toward larger, passenger-carrying autonomous aerial taxis, traditional drone wiring is being replaced by sophisticated aerospace-grade interconnects.

"We are tracking a significant increase in Google searches for '800V eVTOL power harness' and 'IPC-A-620 Class 3 UAV wiring,'" said SINNHONG’s Strategic Marketing Manager. "Our Vietnam facility is now optimized for these high-power density requirements. By using UL Listed Teflon and Silicone-insulated wiring, we ensure thermal stability for high-current ESC to motor links, even in the most demanding flight duty cycles."
